Homme d\u2019affaire avis\u00e9 et grand travailleur, il va\naccroitre consid\u00e9rablement la production en faisant appel aux techniques les\nplus modernes pour l\u2019\u00e9poque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin d\u2019obtenir la main d\u2019\u0153uvre n\u00e9cessaire il fit construire, suivant les plans de l\u2019architecte tournaisien Bruno Renard, un vaste complexe urbanistique.
